End Of Tenancy Cleaning

*T's and C's apply. Our deposit return guarantee will only apply if you have fully vacated the property and you do not intend to reside at the property therefore after the clean has taken place.

Our End Of Tenancy Cleaning Task List

Kitchen
 - Cleaning all worktops/surfaces to ensure there is no debris or stains.
 - Cleaning the inside and outside of oven, hobs, extractor fan and extractor filter.
 - Cleaning the washing machine including soap tray and clearing debris from the rubber seal.
 - Cleaning the dishwasher and dishwasher filter.
 - De-scaling and polishing any taps/metalwork.
 - Cleaning of wall tiles including cleaning grouting where possible.
 - Cleaning and defrosting of fridge/freezer.
 - Bins to be cleaned inside and out.
 
 Floors
 - Sweeping/hovering/mopping of all hard floors – including the cleaning of grouting where possible.
 - Hoovering and full steam cleaning of all carpets.
 
 Bathrooms
 - Any taps/metalwork will be fully descaled and polished.
 - Glass shower screens de-scaled, cleaned and polished.
 - Wall tiles cleaned, including grouting where no damage will occur from cleaning it.
 - Shower head, shower hose and other bathroom items to be descaled and cleaned.
 - Mirrors to be cleaned, polished and left smear-free.
 - Extractor fan to be cleaned where accessible.
 
 General
 - All woodwork (including skirting, units, chest of drawers, dado rails, curtains rails etc) to be dusted, cleaned and polished.
 - All upholstery (mattresses, curtains, sofas etc) will be thoroughly vacuumed.
 - All windows will be properly cleaned with professional equipment on the inside of the property and the exterior where safely accessible to our staff.
 - Any balcony’s/outside areas will be swept and tidied.
 - We will wash linen onsite where possible – this is usually limited to 1 washing machine & tumble dryer load per clean (This is dependent on washing machine and tumble dryer being in the property).
 - Removal of rubbish – so long as it is under 3 rubbish bags and there are communal bins nearby to dispose of it.

For more in depth cleaning, we also have a Deep Clean option available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy 
  • You may cancel or reschedule the clean by giving us at least a 48 hours notice. Failure to provide us with the needed notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total invoiced amount.
  • You can reschedule or cancel the appointment over the phone or by e-mail.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well being of our operatives.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a clean in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned cleaning team.

Insurance
  • We and any self-employed individual cleaners hold Public Liability Insurance.
  • Claims can be covered by us and/or our operatives insurance, only if the damage/breakages are reported within 24 hours of the clean.
  • We reserve the right to carry out an internal investigation into any claims made.
  • We reserve any right to refuse disclosure of confidential company documents.

Access
  • You must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the clean is conducted. If you fail to do so we cannot be held responsible for incomplete or delayed work.
  • You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If keys are provided they must open and close all locks required for access and to carry out the clean. If we are unable to gain access to the property, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the clean.
  • We are not responsible for any alarms triggered during a clean. You must provide us with full instructions for disabling and/or resetting any alarm systems on the premises.
  • We will endeavour to arrive at the scheduled time for the clean. However, reasonable allowance should be made, for circumstances beyond our control, which may delay our arrival.
