Motive8 Gym Induction
When: Please view calendar in booking steps too see availability.Where: Gym StudioLed By: Motive8 Personal TrainerPrior to using the gym facility at Weil you are required to complete a gym induction session with a Personal Trainer from Motive8 to cover the health and safety, housekeeping, etiquette and gym rules that are in place for all users. You can also ask questions and find out information on the services available to you within the fitness facility. If you have already completed a gym induction you can also book in again for a refresher visit if required. Please make sure you book now to ensure you don't miss out as limited spaces are available. After the inductions that will be available during the initial launch future inductions will be available on a weekly basis.
Motive8 HIIT Class
When: Tuesday's 13:00-13:30 Where: Gym StudioLed By: Motive8 Personal TrainerJoin us for a 30 minute HIIT training session, starting with a warm up you’ll engage in a 25 minute high intensity full body workout followed by a cool down. Group Spin Class
When: Thursday's 18:00-19:00 Where: Gym StudioInstructor LedA heart-pounding, adrenaline-inducing throw down of a workout!You will work on your all round strength combining bodyweight strength exercises in a timed circuit fashion. Followed by interval training using speed and tempo runs as well as hill sprints to improve your endurance. Each week will focus on a different element of fitness, from balance to lower body to core, this workout will HIIT all the key areas.If you’re super fit or an absolute beginner this class is suitable for all levels especially those looking to strengthen all over, build their stamina and burn a whole tonne of calories!Please make sure you book now to ensure you don't miss out as limited spaces are available.
