Our online concierge operating platform joins up Property Owners/Managers looking to add amenities to their building for residents; customers who want the ultimate convenience when ordering products & services in their home or workplace; local service provides who seek to expand their businesses but don’t have the technology or logistics experience.
- Our App - Customers order via our app or a branded resident/workplace app, they can then place orders anytime, whether it be a food delivery order, dry cleaning, housekeeping or a personal training session. Everything is managed via the app as both the user and supplier of the service communicate via the platform.
- Local Marketplace - We connect your residents or workers with local approved providers, so your App becomes the destination to order anytime, from anywhere. Everything is managed via the App and suppliers communicate directly with their customer. We manage the overall service levels and performance of the marketplace to ensure the services provided are of the highest quality.
- Innovation - Our innovative hardware solutions including our digital concierge lockers and digital concierge rooms provide the ultimate amenity in a building and are now being specified by some of the largest property developers. By connecting our technology to physical points in a property we are able to unlock staff efficiencies whilst improving the convenience for those living or working in the building.
